Service Terms
No Contracts
You do not have to sign any contracts to work with us. Client agrees to scope of work and deliverables listed on the Website and order summary at the time of purchase.
Payment Terms
WriteBeforeTM and WriteWebsiteTM payment is due in full when you schedule interview. We will bill you monthly, for 12 months, for WriteArticlesTM service. Monthly work will begin when we receive monthly payment. We do not debit your account automatically monthly.
Forms of Payment
Payment takes place on secure PayPal site from an interview scheduling link we provide to you via email. You do not need a PayPal or Venmo account. You can also purchase with a credit card or debit card.
Refunds
Refunds are not available. We cannot resell the custom strategies and content written for your company. Services include interview plus revisions and approvals to content so we meet your expectations.
Sentence Revisions
There is a prepaid fee of $100 for each additional round of word revisions beyond service amount.
Topic Revisions
We finalize topics during interview call. You will need to purchase new service for any topic changes after interview call.
User Agreement
You agree not to use the Website for illegal, fraudulent or unapproved purposes. You are responsible for following relevant local, state, national and foreign laws.
You agree not to use any automated or manual process to copy the Website content.
You agree not to resell or duplicate any part of the Website.
You agree not to modify the Website or another website to claim association with it.
You agree not to create framing, inline links or links that use our logo.
Intellectual Property
Written Content Purchased by You
You own the rights to any written content you purchase from us.
Images We Use
Images used on the Website are copyright to their respective owners. We license royalty-free photography for use in your web pages and blog articles.
Our license is not transferable to you. If you want to reuse any images we licensed for other purposes, please obtain a separate license under your name. You agree to pay any legal fees arising over copyright infringement from you reusing images under our license.

Please make sure you have signed consents for any copyrighted or trademarked content you submit to us.
Unsolicited Ideas
You waive our clients and us from claims of rights to 5090 Marketing LLC business ideas you communciate to us.
General Conditions
We reserve the right to provide non-exclusive services to any company at any time. Our writing and strategies are custom-made for each business.
We reserve the right to change our services or pricing. We complete services currently in process at purchased price.
We reserve the right to stop service to any client who is abusive in any way to us or others.
The failure by us to not enforce any right in the Terms does not constitute a waiving of such right.
Warranty and Liability
We do not guarantee lead or revenue increase as your company’s internal processes are beyond our control.
We do not guarantee search engine indexing or ranking as the technical SEO of your company’s website is beyond our control.
We do not guarantee the Website and email will be uninterrupted, secure, bug or error-free.
You agree we are not liable for any loss you incur from using the Website or our email address.
The Website contains links to other sites not operated by us. You agree we are not liable for content or practices of these third-party websites.
Companies who link to the Website are not associated with us nor are they paid to endorse us.
